The stress of rushing around to prepare the meal, the chemical additives in the processed foods, the real potential to overeat while sitting in front of the TV – all of this can set us up for poor health. What we model for our kids, they are likely to carry over into their lives as they grow up.
What’s more – some research suggests that the chemicals we put into our systems have the potential to change our DNA and make the development of disease in future generations more likely.
